How To Fix "League of Legends Failed To Launch" Error

How To Fix League of Legends Failed To Launch Error

This might not be an easy step for you. You will need to follow it properly.

Click on the arrow icon in the bottom right side. (e.g. Show hidden icons)
Right-click on the Riot Games icon and hit the Exit option.
Press the Windows + R Key together to open the Run command.
Type “regedit” and press Enter to open Registry Editor.
Go to the Hkey_Local_Machine > Software > Microsoft > Windows NT > CurrentVersion > Image File Execution Options.
Right-click on “DevOverrideEnable” and select the “Modify” option.
Set the value to “0”, select “Hexadecimal” as the base, and then press the OK button.
Restart Your PC

Note: If the “DevOverrideEnable” file is not available, create a new one.

Right-click on the screen, then go to NEW > DWORD (32-bit) Value or DWORD (64-bit) Value.
Name the new one “DevOverrideEnable”.
Right-click on “DevOverrideEnable” and select the “Modify” option.
Set the value to “0”, select “Hexadecimal” as the base, and then press the OK button.
Restart Your PC

Afterward, launching League of Legends again should fix the error using this method.

Apart from that, run League of Legends as an Administrator.
