How to Add Seasons on Your Minecraft Server
Many are using Advanced Seasons, a famous plugin to add Seasons in Minecraft. Install Advanced Seasons plug-in
Once you completed downloading, you can go to our Hosting server such as Revivenode.
Note: Revivenode is a paid service
- Go to the plugins folder.
- Upload the plug-in jar on your server.
- Restart your server by tapping the below reverse-arrow icon.
- Navigate to the Console tab.
- Type pl in the Console to check if the plug-in is loaded.
Plug-In Basic Controls
Here are some basic controls that you being a beginner to the plug-in should know.
- /advancedseasons addworld (your world name): To add seasons to your world.
- /day or /night: To change the time.
- /advancedseasons setseason (season name): To set the preffered season.
- /advancedseasons nextseason: To forward the season.
- /advancedseasons temp (your preferred temp): To change the desired temperature.
- /advancedseasons info: To get information on the current season.
- /advancedseasons blockinfo: To get information of a block in front of the player.
- /advancedseasons reload: To reload all the configurations.
- /advancedseasons removeworld: To remove seasons from your world.
- /calendar: To know the different days with the events.
- /seasonshop: To purchase different seasonal elements like Snowflakes for EXP.
Plug-in Configure:
- If you want to configure your plug-in, you need to go to ‘File Manager’.
- Click on the Plug-ins> AdvancedSeasons> Config.yml.
After you reach there, search for the “converttofahrenheit: false” term. Next, you can change this term to “true” if you don’t want to use Celsius. If you wish to customize the world settings, you can search for the “worlds” term in the Console and adjust it according to your needs.
The configuration folder contains many other customization options that you can adjust according to your requirements in Minecraft.
